摘　　要：总结了5例胶质母细胞瘤患者接受电场治疗的皮肤护理经验。护士进行皮肤预防性护理,包括健康宣教、皮肤评估和准备、传感器的使用与更换,及时做好皮肤不良反应的观察及护理,包括头皮皮炎、溃疡及感染,做好详实的出院指导及随访。该组5例患者均未出现严重的不良反应,护理效果较好。The skin nursing experience of 5 cases of glioblastoma patients with tumor-treating fields was summarized.The nurses performed preventive skin care,including health education,skin assessment and preparation,the use and replacement of sensors.The skin adverse reaction observation and nursing were carried out in time,including dermatitis,ulcers and infection.The detailed discharge instruction and follow-up were conducted.No serious adverse reaction was observed in 5 patients in this group,and the nursing effect is good.
