摘　　要：近代中国财政理论体系的构建受到西方财政学的影响极大,无论教育领域还是学术交流领域,都直接体现并传播了这一时期的西方新式财政思想。教育与学术循环交流的促进、配合、支撑、依存关系,极大地促进了近代中国财政理论的体系构建。The construction of modern Chinese financial theoretical system suffers a lot from western finance theory.Both educational field and academic exchange field directly represents and transmits new western financial thought over this period.Promotion,coordination,support and interdependent relationship in education and academic circular exchange contribute to the construction of modern Chinese financial theoretical system greatly.
