成渝双城经济圈旅游联动开发模式研究

摘　　要：通过梳理区域旅游联动内涵、理论、研究进展,结合成渝双城经济圈旅游合作现状和研究基础,发现构建协调有度、保障有力和运行有效的联动开发机制,已成为成渝旅游合作日益深入亟待解决的现实需求。通过对成渝旅游资源空间分布、旅游经济发展差异、交通互联、旅游联动等区域旅游发展情况论证,结合成渝区域旅游联动发展特点及现状,提出旅游联动开发的模式。从空间视角提出两点—三轴、“链状+网状”圈层模式、跨区域联动;从要素内容视角提出“资源—产品—市场”到“多元化全方位”的联动模式;从政府、旅游企业、社会组织等旅游合作主体视角出发采取混合型多维联动的主体联动模式,以期能推进成渝双城经济圈的区域旅游联动,对巴蜀文化旅游走廊的发展起到一定借鉴作用。Sorting out the connotation,the progress in theory and research of regional tourism cooperation,combining the status quo and research foundation of tourism cooperation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone,the paper points out that the introduction of a coordinated,guaranteed and effective operation of joint development mechanism has become essential to the further development of tourism cooperation in this region.It explores the current situation of regional tourism development in tourism resources,the differences in tourism economic development,transportation interconnection,and tourism cooperation,and takes into consideration the characteristics and current situation of Chengdu-Chongqing regional tourism cooperation development.Finally,a model of joint development is suggested for tourism.And takes into consideration the characteristics and current situation of Chengdu-Chongqing regional tourism cooperation development before coming up with a model of joint development for tourism.From a spatial perspective it argues for a two-point,three-axis framework,a“chain+mesh”circle model,and a cross-regional cooperation strategy;from the perspective of element content,it proposes two linkage models:one aims to integrate resources and develop them into products so as to cater to demands in the market,while the other emphasizes“diversified and all-round”development;from the perspective of tourism cooperation entities,it suggests that governments,tourism enterprises,social organizations and other tourism cooperation entities adopt a hybrid multi-dimensional linkage model.Hopefully,the findings will help promote the regional tourism linkage of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone,and provide reference for the development of the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor.
