摘 要:当今X射线荧光光谱(XRF)已成为锰矿石分析最重要的方法之一。作者收集了截至2020年我国X射线荧光光谱技术分析锰矿石的文献共计29篇,其中25篇采用熔融制样方法,4篇采用粉末压片制样方法。文章介绍了我国锰矿分析的文献概况和基础条件:包括相关专著、评述论文、标准物质和方法标准。对29篇期刊文献用列表方式简介了方法要点,包括仪器、制样方法、校准和基体校正、测定组分、精密度等,并对其中较典型、有代表性的文献按制样方法进行了重点评介,强调了熔融制样虽然可以有效解决样品粒度和矿物效应的影响,但发展粉末压片制样依然具有独特优势和社会发展需求。最后讨论了制样方法选取、样品粒度影响和方法的未来发展。At present,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)has become one of the most important methods for the analysis of manganese ore.Total 29 papers about the analysis of manganese ore by XRF in China by 2020 were collected,wherein 25 of them adopted the fusion sample preparation method and 4 of them adopted the pressed powder pellet for sample preparation.The article introduced the literature overview and basic conditions of manganese ore analysis in China,including related monographs,review papers,certified reference materials and standard methods.The main points in 29 papers were introduced by the means of list,including instrument,sample preparation method,calibration and matrix correction,component determinated and determination precision.The typical and representative literatures were focused on according to the sample preparation method.It emphasized that although the fusion sample preparation could effectively solve the influence of sample size and mineral effect,the development of pressed powder pellet method still had unique advantages and social development needs.Finally,the selection of sample preparation method,the influence of sample size,and the future development trend of XRF in the analysis of manganese ore were discussed.
