摘　　要：熔盐炉是固碱生产工艺中重要的供热设备,以煤为热源对熔盐进行加热。在运行过程中,熔盐炉频繁出现结焦、炉排片脱落、供煤系统故障的异常情况,影响固碱生产系统的稳定运行。对以上异常情况进行详细分析,并提出相应的整改措施,保证熔盐炉的良好运行。Molten salt furnace is an important heating device in the production process of solid caustic soda.Coal is used as midium to heat molten salt.In the process of operation,the molten salt furnace frequently experienced abnormal conditions such as coking,grate plates falling off,and coal supply system failure,which affected the stable operation of the solid caustic soda production system.The above abnormal conditions were analyzed in detail,and corresponding rectification measures were put forward,thus the good operation of molten salt furnace was guaranteed.
