左氧氟沙星对女性非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效及IgG、IgM、IgA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究左氧氟沙星对女性非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效及IgG、IgM、IgA水平的影响。方法选取该院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的非淋菌性尿道炎女性患者98例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组给予阿奇霉素单独治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予左氧氟沙星治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患者总有效率和病原菌清除率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗前免疫球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后IgG、IgM、IgA水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星治疗女性非淋菌性尿道炎疗效明显,可改善免疫球蛋白水平,提高病原菌清除率,并且不增加不良反应。Objective To study the effect of levofloxacin on female patients with nongonococcal uremitis and the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA).Methods A total of 98 female patients with nongonococcal uremitis treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases each in group.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate and pathogen clearance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the imcidence rate of adverse reaction between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of female nongonococcal uremitis,which can improve the level of immunoglobulin,improve the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria,and does not increase the adverse reactions.
