摘 要:进入21世纪,作为世界上电冰箱生产和消费大国之一,中国冰箱市场产品结构升级的趋势更加明显。在冰箱节能技术的设计方案中,最直接有效的节能方法是通过采用高效的压缩机来实现节能。这种变化和发展促进了高效的压缩机用油的开发与生产。环保制冷剂R600a压缩机采用低黏度冷冻机油来提高压缩机的性能系数COP值,已成为改进节能技术的一个重要手段。文章从矿物型低黏度冷冻机油的指标制订、原料筛选、研制方案、制备、压缩机台架检验等方面介绍了节能环保冰箱冷冻机油的研制过程。研究结果表明:在解决了低黏度油品的抗磨性能的前提下,矿物型L-DRG5低黏度冷冻机油可以应用在新型节能冰箱压缩机上。In the advent of the 21 st century, as one of the largest refrigerator producers and consumers in the world, the trend of product structure upgrading in China’ s refrigerator market is more and more obvious. In the design scheme of refrigerator energy conservation technology, the most direct and effective energy conservation method is to introduce efficient compressors. This kind of change and development promote the development and production of high efficiency compressor oil. Environmentally friendly refrigerant R600 a compressor uses low-viscosity refrigeration oil to improve the compressor performance coefficient COP value, which has become an important method to improve energy-saving technology. This paper introduces the developing process of refrigeration oil for energy-saving and environmental protection refrigerator from the aspects of index formulation, raw material screening, development plan, preparation and compressor bench inspection of mineral-type low-viscosity refrigeration oil. The research result shows that, on the premise of solving the anti-wear performance of low-viscosity oil products, the mineral-type L-DRG5 low-viscosity refrigeration oil can be applied to new energy-saving refrigerator compressors.
