摘  要:目的探讨体验式健康教育在糖尿病患者日常管理中的应用效果.方法选择2018年9月—2019年3月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的糖尿病患者253例,随机分为对照组126例和观察组127例.对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组采用体验式健康教育模式.比较两组干预3个月后的血糖代谢指标、家庭自我护理能力和生活质量.家庭自我护理能力评估工具为中文版自我护理测定量表(ESCA);生活质量评估工具为世界卫生组织生存质量测量简表(WHO QOL-BREF).结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组ESCA自我概念、健康知识水平、自我责任感、自我护理技巧评分和总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组WHO QOL-BREF生理、心理、社会关系、环境影响和总生活、总健康评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论相比于传统的健康教育,体验式健康教育模式能够进一步改善糖尿病患者的代谢指标、自我护理能力和生活质量,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the application effect of experiential health education in the daily management of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 253 patients with diabetes admitted to Shenyang Fourth People's Hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(126 cases)and observation group(127 cases).The control group was given routine health education mode,and the observation group was given experiential health education mode.The indexes of blood glucose metabolism,family self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared after 3 months of intervention.The Chinese version of ESCA was used to assess the family self-care ability,and WHO QOL-BREF was used to assess the quality of life.Results The levels of PBG,2h PG,HbA1c and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of ESCA self-concept,health knowledge,self responsibility,self-care skills and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of WHO QOLBREF in physiology,psychology,social relations,environmental impact,total life and total health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional health education,the experiential health education model can further improve the metabolic index,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with diabetes,which is worthy of clinical application.
