摘　　要：目的探讨心包剥脱术治疗慢性缩窄性心包炎的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年6月江西省胸科医院收治的60例慢性缩窄性心包炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用保守药物治疗,观察组患者采用心包剥脱术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)指标低于对照组,观察组左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用心包剥脱术治疗慢性缩窄性心包炎,可改善患者临床病症,促进心功能恢复正常。Objective To explore the effect of pericardial exfoliation on chronic constrictive pericarditis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic constrictive pericarditis admitted to Jiangxi Chest Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative drugs,and the observation group was treated with pericardial exfoliation.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic constrictive pericarditis by pericardial exfoliation can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the return of cardiac function to normal.
