综合护理服务在百日咳DNA阳性合并其他呼吸道病原体感染患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理服务在百日咳DNA阳性合并其他呼吸道病原体感染患儿中的应用价值。方法选取赣州市妇幼保健院2018年7月~2020年7月收治的100例百日咳DNA阳性患儿合并其他呼吸道病原体感染患儿,根据就诊单双号顺序将其分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例)。对照组开展常规护理服务;实验组开展综合护理服务;观察不同护理模式对疾病临床症状的好转时间、白细胞计数与C反应蛋白及护理满意评分的影响。结果实验组的咳嗽、咽部疼痛及高热消退时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的白细胞计数与C反应蛋白指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的服务技巧、护理技巧、沟通能力与护理舒适性评价高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对百日咳DNA阳性患儿合并其他呼吸道病原体感染患儿开展综合护理服务可快速稳控病情,改善患儿机体不适,达到辅助治疗目的,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in children with pertussis DNA-positive and other respiratory pathogen infections.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020,100 children patients with pertussis DNA-positive complicated with other respiratory pathogen infections treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.All the participants were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the order of the odd and even numbers,50 cases in each group.The reference group used routine nursing and the experimental group used comprehensive nursing.The effects of different nursing modes on the time to improvement of clinical symptoms,white blood cell count and C-reactive protein,and nursing satisfaction scores were compared.Results In the experimental group,the disappearing time of cough,throat pain and high fever were shorter than those of the reference group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The white blood cell count and C-reactive protein of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluations on service skills,nursing skills,communication skills and nursing comfort in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with DNA-positive pertussis complicated with other respiratory pathogen infections can quickly stabilize the disease conditions and improve the physical discomfort of the children.It can achieve the purpose of adjuvant therapy and is worthy of promotion.
