摘 要:目的探讨孕妇在孕期经过系统健康教育对增加其经阴道自然分娩的信心及对促进自然分娩的影响。方法选择泰安市妇幼保健院孕妇学校2019年1月至2020年1月接收的100例孕妇为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组孕妇健康教育方法为常规健康教育,试验组则安排开展系统健康教育,比较两组孕妇健康教育前后的分娩方式意向差异,并且观察其实际分娩方式及健康教育前后的分娩方式相关知识掌握评分差异。结果健康教育前,两组经阴道自然分娩意向率和剖宫产意向率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后,两组经阴道自然分娩意向率均有上升,同时试验组经阴道自然分娩意向率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实际分娩方式比较,试验组经阴道自然分娩率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育前,组间分娩方式相关知识掌握评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后,两组评分均有明显上升,同时试验组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇孕期对其开展系统健康教育可以进一步提高其分娩方式相关知识掌握水平,有利于提高其经阴道自然分娩信心,对降低剖宫产率具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the impacts of systematic health education during pregnancy on increasing confidence in natural delivery through vagina and promoting natural childbirth of puerperae.Methods A total of 100 puerperae admitted to the school of pregnant women of Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were set as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50)according to random lottery method.Puerperae in the control group were treated with conventional health education,while those in the experimental group were treated with systematic health education.The differences of delivery mode intention before and after health education between the two groups were compared,and the differences in actual delivery mode and the mastery score of relative knowledge about delivery mode before and after health education were observed.Results Before health education,there was no statistically significant difference between the intention rates of vaginal natural delivery and cesarean section between the two groups(P>0.05).After health education,the intention rate of vaginal natural delivery increased in both groups,and the intention rate of vaginal natural delivery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the actual delivery modes between the two groups,the rate of vaginal natural delivery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before health education,there was no statistically significant difference in the mastery score of relative knowledge about delivery mode between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After health education,scores of both groups increased significantly,and the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Co
