健康体检人群血清幽门螺杆菌抗体(IgG)阳性结果调查分析

摘　　要：目的探究健康体检人群血清幽门螺杆菌抗体(IgG)阳性结果并进行分析。方法采用随机整群抽样法选取广东省江门市五邑中医院检验科2018年1月至2019年12月健康体检者100例,对其进行血清幽门螺杆菌抗体测定,与健康体检者的检测结果进行比较分析。结果在100例健康体检者中,男性中幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性人数17人,阳性率为32.69%,女性幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性人数7人,阳性率为14.58%;在31~40岁年龄段中,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性人数为10人,阳性率为25.64%,41~50岁年龄段中,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性人数5人,阳性率为27.78%,51~60岁年龄段中,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性人数4人,阳性率为33.33%;30岁以下年龄段患者人数显著低于其他年龄段(P<0.05);男性幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检中,实施血清幽门螺杆菌抗体检测,加强对于幽门螺杆菌感染的重视度,并积极预防,可显著降低其感染率。Objective To investigate and analyze the positive results of serum helicobacter pylori antibody(IgG)in people undergoing health examination.Methods A total of 100 people undergoing health examination admitted to the department of clinical laboratory in Jiangmen Wuyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected according to the random cluster sampling method.Their serum helicobacter pylori antibody(IgG)was detected,and the detection results of people undergoing health examination were compared and analyzed.Results Among 100 cases of people undergoing health examination,17 males were positive for helicobacter pylori antibody,with a positive rate of 32.69%,while 7 females were positive for helicobacter pylori antibody,with a positive rate of 14.58%.Among the 31~40 years old group,10 people were positive for helicobacter pylori antibody,with a positive rate of 25.64%.Among the 41~50 years old group,5 people were positive for helicobacter pylori antibody,with a positive rate of 27.78%.Among the 51~60 years old group,4 people were positive for helicobacter pylori antibody,with a positive rate of 33.33%.The number of patients under 30 years old was significantly lower than that of other age groups(P<0.05).The positive rate of helicobacter pylori antibody in males was higher than that in females,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health examination,the implementation of serum helicobacter pylori antibody detection,the emphasis on hp infection and active prevention can significantly reduce patients’infection rate.
