摘　　要：近年来,突发公共卫生事件时有发生。医院作为公共服务体系的重要组成部分,在突发公共卫生事件中扮演着重要的角色,其舆情治理策略关系到突发公共卫生事件的有效处置,甚至影响政府公信力和社会稳定。本文通过对网民用户画像分析,结合不同平台的特殊属性,提出突发公共卫生事件中医院实施舆情治理的具体策略,为避免公共卫生事件舆情危机提供支持。In previous years,public health emergencies have occurred from time to time.As an important part of the public service system,hospitals play a key role in public health emergencies.Its public opinion management strategies are related to the effective disposal of public health emergencies,and even impact the government’s credibility and social stability.Based on the analysis of portrait of network users,combined with the special attributes of different platforms,the authors put forward specific strategies to implement hospital public opinion management in public health emergencies,so as to provide support for avoiding public opinion crisis in public health events in this paper.
