摘 要:杭州八堡泵站是大型的斜轴泵站,底板下部为桩基础,结构型式及约束情况复杂,施工期易开裂,因此采取温控防裂措施十分必要。针对泵站底板结构,采用三维有限元方法进行温度场和应力场计算,并对水管冷却等边界条件进行合理的简化,基于仿真计算结果,提出施工期温控指标和防裂措施,并与底板实测温度数据进行对比分析。实践证明,八堡泵站底板采用的温控仿真计算方法能满足工程精度要求,提出的温控指标和措施合理可行。Babao Pumping Station is a large inclined axis pumping station with a pile foundation.The structure and constraints are complicated.It is easy to crack during the construction period.Therefore,it is necessary to take temperature control and crack prevention measures.For the bottom plate structure of the pumping station,the temperature field and stress field are calculated by the three-dimensional finite element method,and the boundary conditions of water pipe cooling are simplified reasonably.According to the results of simulation calculations,temperature control indicators and anti-cracking measures during the construction period were put forward,and compared with the measured temperature data of the floor.Practice has proved that the temperature control simulation calculation method used in the bottom plate of Babao Pumping Station can meet the engineering accuracy requirements,and the temperature control indicators and measures proposed are reasonable and feasible.
