摘 要:目的通过HS-GC-MS法分析醋香附的挥发性化学成分。方法 通过单因素试验和正交试验考察确定顶空进样最佳参数,并结合GC-MS联用技术进行成分分析。结合美国国家标准与技术局化学数据库(NIST14.L)对色谱结果进行对此。结果从醋香附挥发性成分中共检出41个成分,得出醋香附挥发性成分主要包括烯烃、烷烃、醇类和酮类等。结论 HS-GC-MS法可以快速有效地鉴定醋香附挥发性成分,为醋香附及其他具有气味中药的挥发性成分研究提供了参考。Objective To determine the volatile components in Cyperi Rhizome prepared with vinegar by HS-GC-MS.Methods Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to determine the best parameters of Cyperi Rhizome prepared with vinegar in headspace sampling,and analyze the components with GC-MS.The chromatographic results were verified with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Chemical Database(NIST14.L).Results Totally 41 components were detected from the volatile components in Cyperi Rhizome prepared with vinegar,covering mainly alkenes,alkanes,alcohols,and ketones.Conclusion HS-GC-MS can quickly and effectively identify the volatile components in Cyperi Rhizome prepared with vinegar,and provide a reference for the research of volatile components in Cyperi Rhizome prepared with vinegar and other Chinese medicines.
