摘  要:卵巢癌是女性生殖系统三大恶性肿瘤之一,所致死亡率逐年上升。金诺芬(AF)是一种广泛应用于抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤的金属配合物,在卵巢癌细胞中主要通过抑制增殖,诱导凋亡,诱导氧化应激和逆转耐药等发挥抗肿瘤作用。本综述旨在对AF在卵巢癌治疗中的最新研究进展进行综述,为AF的进一步研究和临床应用提供新思路。Ovarian cancer is one of the 3 major malignancies in the female reproductive system.Its mortality increased year by year.Auranofin(AF)is a metal complex widely used in antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor function by inhibiting the proliferation,inducing the apoptosis and oxidative stress,and reversing drug resistance.This review aims to discuss the latest research progress of AF in the treatment of ovarian cancer,and provide a theoretical basis for the further research and clinical application of AF.
