摘　　要：目的:介绍张发荣教授治疗糖尿病及其并发症的经验,传承名中医学术思想。方法:通过跟师门诊,文献分析,医案整理的方法,总结其对该病的认识。结果:张发荣老师治疗消渴病及其并发症,从"阴、阳"着手,分期分型论治,在治疗上分理阴阳,把握主次,或以驱邪为主,或以扶正为要,随证变通;糖尿病并发症期则注重化瘀通络,同时张师还注重中西结合,倡导"治未病"思想。结论:张发荣老师在糖尿病及并发症的防治中有独到见解,值得借鉴。Objective:The article introduced experience of Professor ZHANG Farong in treating diabetes and associated complications,and inherited the academic thoughts.Methods:Cognition of the disease of Professor ZHANG Farong was summarized through the methods of outpatient service,literature analysis and sorting out treatment cases.Results:Treatment of diabetes and complications of Professor ZHANG Farong starting from"Yin and Yang"and differentiation by stages and classification.The course of diabetes can be divided into pre-diabetes,diabetic,diabetic complications.The treatment was divided into Yin and Yang,master the primary and secondary,either to exorcise evil,or to support the right,flexible with evidence;diabetic complication period payed attention to remove blood stasis.At the same time,ZHANG also paid attention to the combination of Chinese and western,advocating the idea of"preventing disease".Conclusion:Professor ZHANG Farong has unique views in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and complications.
