国医大师郭子光教授“人-症-病-证”体系辨治带下病探析

摘　　要：带下病是妇科的常见病、多发病,临床所致带下病病因诸多。其中以女性生殖器炎症最为常见,西医的抗生素疗法多存在反复性与耐药性,且目前中医对妇科炎症的诊治尚欠缺条理化、系统化的思路探析,未结合西医的病名分析考虑带下病的病位及治法差异。江泳教授为首届国医大师郭子光教授工作室负责人,临床结合郭老"人-症-病-证"辨证论治体系,并参合中、西医学理论诊治本病,常获佳效。一方面,强调本病的共性病机为带脉不固,脾湿下注,治疗以醒脾燥湿、升清止带为总则。另一方面,结合西医妇科炎症的分类,详辨带下病位;并结合病机侧重、患者个体证型,随证治之。如此病证结合,双管齐下,更好发挥中医特色优势。Leukorrhagia is the common and frequently-occurring disease of department in gynaecology.There are many causes of this disease,among which female genital inflammation is the most familiar.Recurrence and resistance are common in antibiotic treatment.At present,the idea of using TCM to treat gynecological inflammation is not systematic enough.The name of western medicine should be taken into account to analyze the difference in disease location and treatment.Based on her personal experience of clinical practice,Professor JIANG Yong,as the director of the studio of Professor GUO Ziguang,combines the theoretical knowledge of TCM and modern medicine and emphasizes the combination of disease and syndrome to treat disease.Actually,significant clinical efficacy has been achieved.On the one hand,it is emphasized that the common pathogenesis of the disease is the weakness of the leukorrhea and the dampness of the spleen flowing down.The general principle of treatment is to strengthen spleen,dry the dampness,ascending clear Qi,and astringe leukorrhea.On the other hand,flexible treatment can be taken according to the different categories of gynecological inflammation,the location,specific pathogenesis and individual syndrome types.The purpose of combination with disease-symptom-syndrome is to improve efficacy in clinical practice,and to exploit better advantages of TCM.
