曲骨关元温针灸辅助治疗良性前列腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察曲骨关元温针灸辅助治疗良性前列腺增生(BHP)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月至2020年3月于本院泌尿外科收治的98例BHP患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组给予西医药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助曲骨关元温针灸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积(TPV)、膀胱残余尿量(RU)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、中医症候积分、激素含量以及炎症因子指标。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(91.84%vs 75.51%)(χ~2=4.780,P=0.029)。观察组患者治疗后各项中医症候积分、IPSS评分、TPV、RU均低于对照组,且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后Qmax高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后雌二醇(E2)、血清酮(T)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,且低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:曲骨关元温针灸辅助治疗治疗BHP疗效显著,有效改善临床症状,降低激素含量和炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of applying needle warming moxibustion at Qugu and Quguguan as adjunctive therapy in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia(BHP).Methods:A selection of 98 BHP patients admitted to the department of urology in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were divided into a controlled group(49 cases)and an observation group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The controlled group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was supplemented with Qugu and Quguguan needle warming acupuncture treatment on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy,International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),prostate volume(TPV),and bladder residual urine volume(RU)were compared between the two groups.Maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),TCM syndrome score,hormone content and inflammatory factor indicators.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group(91.84%vs 75.51%)(χ2=4.780,P=0.029).The scores of TCM syndrome,IPSS score,TPV and RU of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group after treatment,and lower than before treatment(P<0.05).In the observation group,Qmax after treatment was higher than before treatment,and higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E2),serum ketones(T),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the controlled group,and lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qugu and Guanyuan needle warming acupuncture as an adjuvant treatment for BHP has a significant effect,effectively improving clinical symptoms,reducing hormone content and inflammation.
