基于数据挖掘中药外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于文献研究以外治法为主治疗膝关节滑膜炎的中药组方用药规律。方法:筛选数据库中中药外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的文献,将方剂录入EXCEL表格,通过SPSS 17.0及SPSS Modeler 18.0统计软件对筛选出的方剂进行用药频数、四气五味归经、关联规则、以及因子分析。结果:筛选出治疗膝关节滑膜炎的方剂169条,涉及中药201味;发现中药方中出现频次较高的药物依次为:牛膝、伸筋草、红花等。药物性味中四气占比由高到低依次为温、寒、热、凉。五味占比由高到低依次为辛、苦、甘、咸、酸,药物归经占比最高的为肝,其次为脾、肺,归经以五脏为主。出现次数最多的药物组合为乳香和没药,演化得到新方组合2组。结论:中药外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎用药以祛风除湿、活血通经、散瘀止痛为主,为临床治疗提供了依据。Objective:Based on literature research,the rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of knee joint synovitis based on external treatment.Methods:Literature on the treatment of synovitis of knee joint by external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine was screened in the database.Enter prescription into EXCEL form,SPSS 17.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software were used to analyze the drug frequency,four-Qi and five-flavor normalization,association rules,and factor analysis of the selected prescriptions.Results:A total of 169 prescriptions for treating synovitis of the knee were selected,involving 201 traditional Chinese medicines.It was found that the drugs that appeared frequently in the Chinese prescription were:hyssop,herb,safflower,etc.From high to low,the proportion of the four-Qi in traditional Chinese medicine is warm,cold,hot,and cool.The proportion of the five-flavors is symbiotic,bitter,sweet,salty,sour,The highest proportion of Zangfu in terms of traditional Chinese medicine therary is liver,Followed by the spleen and lungs,the most frequently occurring drug combinations are Frankincense and Myrrh,and two new patents of traditional Chinese medicine were evolved.Conclusion:The external treatment of knee synovitis with traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to dispel wind and dehumidification,promote blood circulation,and dispel blood stasis to relieve pain,which provides the basis for clinical treatment.
