摘  要:高中压配电网网架结构协调规划研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。基于法国巴黎先进电网的启示,分别提出了高中压配电网"强、简、弱"较为明确的定义,建立了一套基于安全性、可靠性和经济性评估的高中压配电网网架结构典型协调方案优选模型。计算分析表明做"强"中压是配电网整体安全可靠且经济的必要条件。基于计算分析结果,归纳总结出了各典型协调方案的适用范围。The research on the coordinated planning of the high-and medium-voltage distribution network structures has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the enlightenment of advanced power grids in Paris,France,the"strong,simple and weak"of high-and medium-voltage distribution networks are clearly defined,respectively.This paper establishes a set of optimization models for typical coordination schemes of high-and medium-voltage distribution network structures based on safety,reliability,and economic evaluation.The calculation analysis shows that making the medium-voltage distribution network"strong"is a necessary condition for the overall safety,reliability and economy of the distribution network.Based on the results of calculation analysis,the applicable scope of each typical coordination scheme is summarized.
