摘  要:快速、准确定位电力系统强迫振荡源,对于预防由强迫振荡引起的电力系统大停电事故意义重大,但目前的强迫振荡源时域定位方法计算过程较为复杂,计算效率有待提升。为此,文中提出一种基于广域量测信息的电力系统强迫振荡源的时频域定位方法,该方法首先将电力系统广域量测数据进行连续小波变换,计算各小波系数矩阵的小波相对能量,进而甄别出电力系统强迫振荡模式对应的关键小波系数。基于所得关键小波系数,计算各发电机基于小波变换的耗散能量流;在此基础上,借鉴传统耗散能量流的定位方法,定位电力系统强迫振荡源,并通过振荡源定位量化指标直观地展示强迫振荡源定位结果。最后,将所提方法应用到WECC 179节点测试系统和中国辽宁电网的实测数据中进行分析、验证,结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。Fast and accurate location of the forced oscillation source in the power system is of great significance to prevent the wide area blackout caused by the forced oscillation.However,the existing time-domain location methods for the forced oscillation source are very complex,and the computational efficiency also needs improvement.This paper develops a time-frequency domain location method for the forced oscillation source in the power system based on the wide area measurement information.The continuous wavelet transform(CWT)is applied to the wide area measurement data,to calculate the wavelet relative energy of wavelet coefficient matrixes.Then,the critical wavelet coefficients associated with the forced oscillation mode of the power system are determined.By using the obtained critical wavelet coefficients,the wavelet transform based dissipation energy flow(DEF)of each generator is calculated.On this basis,according to the traditional location method based on dissipated energy flow,the forced oscillation source of the power system is located,and the results of forced oscillation source location is illustrated visually by using the quantitative index for oscillation source location.Finally,the proposed method is applied to the WECC 179-bus test system and the actual measurement data of Liaoning power grid of China for analysis and verification,and the results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
