摘  要:针对TRIZ中76个标准解在解决实际工程问题时,存在使用效率低,针对性差的问题,本文基于物质-场分析中的问题模型将一、二、三、五类标准解重新分为了不完整功能物质-场模型类、有害功能物质-场模型类、非有效完整功能物质-场模型类、以及系统转换和方案优化类,并依据物质-场模型的变换方式总结提取与标准解关联的约束条件,结合重新分类后的标准解和约束条件归纳了更为详细的标准解使用流程。最后结合透声密封壳热压成型系统的工程实例,验证方法的可行性和有效性。The 76 standard solutions in TRIZ have low efficiency and poor pertinence in solving practical engineering problems,based on the problem model in Su-Field analysis,the first,second,third and fifth kinds of standard solutions other than the detection and measurement standard solutions are reclassified into incomplete functional Su-Field model,harmful functional Su-Field model,non-effective complete functional Su-Field model,and system transformation and scheme option optimization.According to the transformation mode of Su-Field model,the constraints associated with the standard solutions are extracted,and a more detailed application process of the standard solutions is concluded by combining the reclassified standard solutions withthe constraints.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an engineering example of a hot pressing molding system for seal housing.
