摘 要:大型厚板结构焊接变形影响其制造质量,预测和控制结构件的焊接变形具有重要的工程意义。以工程车车架为例,采用局部-整体映射法研究了焊接顺序对其焊接变形的影响。采用热弹塑性法分析了T形和角接接头的焊接过程,提取接头局部塑性应变,映射到整体模型,实现整体结构焊接变形的计算。现场焊接顺序下结构变形最大,最大变形量为2.852 mm,计算结果与试验结果基本一致,采用优化的焊接顺序,可有效控制整体焊接变形,变形最大值可减小43%。The manufacturing quality of large-sized thick plate structure can be seriously affected by welding deformation,the prediction and control of welding deformation are important in engineering projects.Take engineering vehicle frame as studying object,the influence of welding sequence on the distortion of the structure was investigated by using Local-Global mapping method.The welding procedures of both T-joint and fillet joint were analyzed by the thermal elastic-plastic finite element method,and the local plastic strain was extracted and mapped to the whole structure.Furthermore,the distortion behavior of the thick plate structure was calculated.The results showed that the welding distortion of the thick plate structure was severe,and the maximum deformation was 2.852 mm.The calculated results agreed well with the experimental ones.The welding distortion was improved effectively by using the optimized welding sequence.The maximum deformation was reduced by 43%.
