摘 要:以振华重工为案例研究对象,基于动态匹配视角,对产品服务价值链构建过程中制造价值链与服务价值链的变化以及相互作用进行了研究。研究发现:制造价值链与服务价值链以连接、嵌入、整合的方式进行组合,从而形成流程、结构、战略层次的动态匹配。在不同匹配层次,制造价值链以延伸、重组、聚合的方式重构,形成技术集成创新、技术协同创新、技术多维创新能力;服务价值链则实现向上游、下游、上下游的延伸,形成服务替代、服务转换、服务聚合能力。随匹配层次的上升,企业构建的技术创新能力与服务能力同步升级,企业产品服务价值链逐渐延伸至全球价值链。Based on the perspective of dynamic fit,this paper takes Zhenhua Heavy Industries(ZPMC)as a case to explore the change of manufacturing value-chain and service value-chain and the interaction between them during the process of product service value-chain building.The result shows that manufacturing value-chain and service value-chain unify in connection,embedding and integration approach,so as to form the dynamic fit of process,structure and strategy level.At different fitting levels,the manufacturing value-chain reconstructs in the way of extension,reorganization and aggregation and forms the capabilities of technology integration innovation,technology collaboration innovation and technology multi-dimensional innovation.The service value-chain extends to the upstream and downstream separately and integrally and then forms the capabilities of service substitution,service transformation and service aggregation.With the fitting level rising,the enterprise′s technological innovation ability and service ability upgrades mutually,and the product service value-chain of the enterprise gradually extends to the global value-chain.
