摘 要:为降低煤矿重特大事故带来的危害,提高煤矿应急管理的能力。基于可拓学理论建立煤矿应急管理能力评价可拓模型;通过构建煤矿应急管理能力评价指标体系,确定一级指标权重和二级指标可拓权重;结合多级可拓评价对山西某煤矿应用分析,确定该煤矿应急管理能力评价等级。结果表明:该矿应急管理能力评价等级为Ⅱ级,即良好。事实证明在煤矿应急管理能力评价中引入可拓学是合理可行的,为煤矿应急管理能力评价工作提供了一种新的研究思路与方向。In order to reduce the harm caused by serious accidents in coal mines and improve the emergency management capabilities of coal mines, based on the theory of extension theory, this paper establishes an extension model for coal mine emergency management capability evaluation. By constructing a coal mine emergency management capability evaluation index system, the first-level index weight and the second-level index extension weight are determined, and the application analysis of a multi-level extension evaluation for a coal mine in Shanxi Province is carried out to determine the evaluation level of the emergency management capability of the coal mine. The results show that the mine emergency management capability evaluation level is Ⅱ, which is good. Facts have proved that it is reasonable and feasible to introduce extenics in the evaluation of coal mine emergency management capabilities, which provides a new research idea and direction for the evaluation of coal mine emergency management capabilities.
