摘  要:高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱(HR-ICP-MS)是以电感耦合等离子体为离子源、以扇形磁场质谱为检测器的元素及同位素分析技术,具有灵敏度高、检出限低、多元素同时分析等优点。作为克服质谱干扰最简单、最有效的技术,HR-ICP-MS已被逐渐应用于地质、环境、冶金、生物等领域。文章对HR-ICP-MS的工作原理及技术特点进行了简要介绍,对实验室常用的地质样品前处理方法进行了总结并比较了各方法的优缺点。总结了近10年HR-ICP-MS在地质样品常规元素、稀土元素、稀有稀散元素分析中的应用进展,HR-ICP-MS可以解决大多数同量异位素及多原子离子氧化物的质谱干扰,内标法、基体匹配法、同位素稀释法以及基体分离技术可解决HR-ICP-MS分析中的基体效应,将来HR-ICP-MS与激光剥蚀、形态分离的联用也值得关注。High resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HR-ICP-MS)is an element and isotope analysis technology using inductively coupled plasma as ion source and sector magnetic field mass spectrometry as detector.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,low limit of detection and simultaneous analysis of multiple elements.As the simplest and most effective technology to overcome the interference of mass spectrometry,HR-ICP-MS has been gradually applied in geology,environment,metallurgy,biology and other fields.The principle and technical characteristics of HR-ICP-MS are briefly introduced,and the pretreatment methods of geological samples commonly used in the laboratory are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of these pretreatment methods are compared.The application progress of HRICP-MS is analysis of conventional elements,rare earth elements and rare and scattered elements in geological samples in recent 10 years was summarized.HR-ICP-MS could solve the mass spectrum interference of most isoelements,polyatoms and oxides.Internal standard method,matrix matching method,isotope dilution method and matrix separation technology could solve the matrix effect in HR-ICP-MS analysis.The combination of HR-ICP-MS with laser ablation and morphological separation was also worthy of attention in the future.
