摘 要:低温风洞在航空航天领域具有重要的战略地位,而低温观察窗作为低温风洞的可视化观测设备,其作用是为风洞内部流场的可视化观测装置提供清晰、可靠的光路通道。以某型连续式跨声速低温风洞的观察窗为研究对象,基于风洞设计输入条件,对观察窗结构进行了理论设计,确定了观察窗座板、石英玻璃、有机玻璃、防护板等关键部件的结构尺寸参数。在此基础上,采用有限元数值计算方法对观察窗进行了静力学分析,结果表明:设计的观察窗结构具有足够的安全系数,满足低温风洞运行的强度要求,对中国大型低温风洞的观察窗设计建设具有重要的借鉴意义。Cryogenic wind tunnel plays an important strategic role in aerospace field.The cryogenic observation window,acted as the visual observation equipment of cryogenic wind tunnel,is used to provide the clear and reliable optical channel for the flow field observation of wind tunnel.Aiming to the cryogenic observation window of some continuous transonic cryogenic wind tunnel,based on the input conditions,the cryogenic observation window structure is designed,especially,the sizes of such key parts as pedestal of observation wind,quartz glass,organic glass and protective plate are determined.On this basis,the static calculation of observation window is carried out using numerical simulation method,the obtained results show that the designed observation window is in possession of sufficient safety factor to meet the strength requirements during the operation of cryogenic wind tunnel,which is significance to the development of observation window for large cryogenic wind tunnel.
