摘  要:对使用半圆缝式机匣处理的跨声速压气机转子进行定常及非定常数值模拟,对转子叶尖间隙及机匣处理开口处的轴向动量进行计算,从动量输运的角度对转子叶尖及机匣处理之间的相互干涉进行分析。转子叶尖间隙处的时均动量分布表明,机匣处理减少了转子叶尖泄漏流逆主流方向的轴向动量,从而拓宽稳定工作裕度。机匣处理与转子叶尖的叠合率越高,泄漏流轴向动量最小值的轴向位置约靠近下游,且与处理缝后端的位置一致。通过对瞬时结果的分析,综合处理缝开口处轴向动量与叶尖流场,解释了在一个转子通过周期内处理缝开口瞬时轴向动量呈周期性变化的原因。Firstly,both steady and unsteady simulation were conducted on a transonic compressor with semi-circular slot casing treatment.Then the axial momentum in the rotor tip and at slot openings was also calculated.Meanwhile the interaction between the rotor tip slot openings was analyzed from the perspective of momentum transportation.The time-averaged results of the blade tips show that casing treatments suppress inverse momentum,which can improve the stall margin.The higher overlap leads to the minimum of axial momentum distribution at slot opening moves downstream.But the minimum location relative to the rear of slots is still unchanged.Moreover,the change of momentum distribution at the slot opening is elucidated by integrating the transient result of axial momentum at slot opening and the flow field at rotor tip region.
