摘  要:针对目前粒径检测方法种类多,且没有检测石墨烯相关国家标准的问题,以氧化石墨烯为检测对象,利用LS-909激光粒度分析仪对氧化石墨烯粒径进行检测。以D50、D90粒径数值为评价标准,开展激光粒度分析仪测定氧化石墨烯粒径的试验,验证激光粒度分析仪对氧化石墨烯的适用性。结果表明,氧化石墨烯样品在测试前的预处理超声时间与检测结果相关,超声时间3 min与氧化石墨烯的检测最匹配;激光粒度分析仪适用于喷雾干燥工序后的氧化石墨烯粉体粒径的检测,测定氧化石墨烯粉体D50粒径约20μm左右;激光粒度分析仪不适用于喷雾干燥工序前的氧化石墨烯浆料粒径的检测。Aiming at the problems of many kinds of particle size detection methods but no relevant national standards for graphene detection,a scheme of measuring the particle size of graphene oxide by LS-909 laser particle size analyzer is proposed.Taking the D50 and D90 particle size values as the evaluation standard,the experiment of measuring the particle size of graphene oxide by laser particle size analyzer was carried out.The results show that the pretreatment ultrasonic time of graphene oxide samples before testing is related to the test results,and the ultrasonic time of 3 min is the best match for the detection of graphene oxide;the laser particle size analyzer is suitable for detecting the particle size of graphene oxide after spray drying process,that is,graphene oxide with D50 particle size of about 20μm;the laser particle size analyzer is not suitable for detecting the size of graphene oxide slurry before spray drying process.
