摘 要:综采放顶煤采煤法由于其开采效率高,人员成本低等原因,在我国厚煤层开采条件下广泛应用。文家坡煤矿4105工作面采用放顶煤采煤法进行采煤,在回采期间上隅角瓦斯涌出量严重超过煤矿安全生产标准,对此,通过理论分析与现场实测方法,对上隅角瓦斯积聚问题进行研究。结果表明,4105工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的主要原因是工作面瓦斯含量高、通风系统不完善。通过上隅角瓦斯抽放技术进行瓦斯治理后,在监测期内,上隅角瓦斯浓度基本维持在0.3%~0.6%之间,最大瓦斯浓度为0.54%,有效降低了工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度,保证了矿井安全生产。Fully mechanized top-coal caving mining method is widely used in thick coal seam mining in China because of its high mining efficiency and low personnel cost.The gas emission in the upper corner of No.4105 fully mechanized top-coal caving face in Wenjiapo Coal Mine seriously exceeds the safety production standard of coal mine during mining.The gas accumulation in the upper corner is studied by theoretical analysis and field measurement.The results show that the main reasons of gas accumulation in the upper corner of No.4105 working face are high gas content in coal seam and imperfect ventilation system.After gas control by upper corner gas drainage technology,during the monitoring period,the gas concentration of upper corner is basically maintained at 0.3%~0.6%,and the maximum gas concentration is 0.54%,which effectively reduces the gas concentration of upper corner of working face and ensures the safe production of mine.
