摘 要:井筒断面布置合理与否直接影响到井筒提升装备的安装及正常运行,影响管路的安装以及正常使用与检修,也影响矿井的安全逃生;井筒直径还影响井壁结构的设计及井筒的造价。煤炭黄金十年,各设计单位任务重,设计人员对井筒断面布置的优化不够,存在井筒断面利用率低、断面布置不合理等问题,导致井筒断面直径加大,造成人力、物力的浪费。通过分析目前立井井筒装备布置中存在的问题,梳理出立井井筒断面设计中应考虑的主要因素,提出了断面设计中罐道选择、提升容器及平衡锤、管路、电缆、梯子间布置的主要原则,给出了井筒装备间、井筒装备与井壁间经济合理的安全间隙,供设计者参考。The layout of shaft section directly affects the installation,use and maintenance of shaft lifting equipment and pipelines,as well as the safe escape of mine personnel.The diameter of shaft also affects the design of shaft wall structure and the cost of shaft.In the golden decade of coal,the design units have heavy tasks,and the designers have not optimized the layout of shaft section,which leads to the problems of low utilization rate of shaft section,unreasonable layout of shaft section,excessive diameter of shaft section and waste of manpower and material resources.By analyzing the problems existing in the equipment layout of vertical shaft,the main factors that should be considered in the section design of vertical shaft are summarized,the main principles of the selection of cage guide,the layout of lifting container and counterweight,pipeline,cable and ladder way in the section design are put forward,and the economic and reasonable safety clearance between shaft equipment and shaft wall is given,which is a reference for shaft designers.
