摘  要:从煤矿实际考评现状出发,深入分析了煤矿管理考核过程中存在的弊病。结合现阶段针对煤矿管理使用的信息化系统,利用大数据分析技术对产生的数据进行多角度、多维度分析对比评价,达到精确掌握和考评员工岗位价值的目的。利用人员定位系统对员工分时分段记录作业行动轨迹和工作时长管理、简道云系统对员工工作任务实现PDCA闭环管理、班组建设系统对员工年龄、学历、技能、奖励、创新等情况日常积累式管理,通过对各自系统的分析和关联分析,自动生成员工工作评价得分情况,避免了以往打分考评的笼统性,解决了考评得分缺乏具体的量化指标问题,进而提高了考评的公平公正性和说服力。In view of the current situation of coal mine evaluation,the problems in the process of coal mine management evaluation are deeply analyzed.Combined with the information system used in coal mine management at present,the coal mine data from multiple angles and dimensions by using big data analysis technology is analyzed,so as to accurately grasp and evaluate the post value of employees.The personnel positioning system is used to record the operation track and working hours of employees in time and section,the Jiandaoyun system is used to realize the PDCA closed-loop management of employees’work tasks,and the team building system is used to realize the accumulated management of employees’age,education background,skills,rewards,innovation,etc.Through the analysis and correlation analysis of each system,the automatic generation of employee work evaluation score is realized,which avoids the generality of previous scoring and evaluation,solves the problem that the evaluation score lacks specific quantitative indicators as the basis,and further improves the fairness and persuasion of evaluation.
