摘　　要：[目的]探讨C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6(CTRP6)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中的表达水平及其意义。[方法]选取2017年6月至2019年4月延安大学咸阳医院初诊的90例T2DM患者为观察组,另选取同期本院健康体检者90例为对照组。收集两组入选者年龄、性别、身高、体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP).舒张压(DBP)等一般资料,并测定两组CTRP6、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS).三酰甘油(TG).总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、白介素6(IL-6)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标,分析CTRP6与其他指标的相关性。同时以CTRP6为因变量。其他指标为自变量。进行多元回归分析。[结果]观察组CTRP6、HDL-C明显低于对照组,HOMA-IR、HbAlc、FPG、2hPG、FINS、TG、TC、LDL-C.IL-6水平明显高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示:CTRP6水平与年龄、性别、身高、SBP、DBP、TC无明显相关(P>0.05);与HOMA-IR、HbAlc、FPG、2hPG、FINS,TG、LDL-C.IL-6呈负相关(P<0.05).与HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示:HOMA IR、HbAle.TG为CTRP6水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。[結论]T2DM患者CTRP6水平明显低于正常成人,T2DM患者CTRP6水平与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,HOMA-IR、TG、HbAlc是CTRP6的独立影响因素。[Objective]To investigate the correlation of serum CTRP6 level with insulin resistance in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes.[Methods]Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes newly diagnosed in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group.and 90 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.General data such as age.gender.height.body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP).and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the two groups of candidates were collected.CTRP6.glyeated hemoglobin(HbAlc).fast-ing blood glucose(FPG).2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG).fasting insulin(FINS).triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C).high-density lipoprotein(HDL C),interleukin 6(IL-6),and insulin resistance indicator HOMA-RL.Compare the biochemical index levels of the two groups were mearsured.Taken the CTRP6 as the dependent variable and each index as the independent variable,mul-tiple regression analysis was performed to further analyze the relationship between CTRP6 and each index.[Results]The CTRP6 and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control.group(P<0.05).The levels of HOMA-IR.HbAle.FPG,2hPG,FINS,TG.TC.LDL-C.and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that CTRP6 levels were not significantly related to age.gender.height,SBP,DBP,and TC(P>0.05);CTRP6 levels were negatively related to HOMA-IR.HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,FINS,TG,LDL-C and IL.-6(P<0.05).and CTRP6 level was positively correlated with HDLC(P<0.05).Multiple regression anal-ysis was performed using CTRP6 level as the dependent variable and HOMA-IR,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,FINS.TG,and BMI as independent variables.The results showed that HOMA IR.HbAlc.and TG were in-dependent risk factors of CTRP6(P<0.05).[Conclusion]CTRP6 level in patients with type 2 diabetes is sig-nificantly lower than normal adults.The level of CTRP6 in patients
