“以目标为中心”的情报分析方法在中印边境冲突预测中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]“以目标为中心”的情报分析方法构建了全部利益相关者直接参与的目标网络体系,具有促进协作、优化资源、提高分析准确性等优点,将该方法应用于军事冲突预测研究具有现实指导意义。[方法/过程]通过概括“以目标为中心”的情报分析方法的基本原理及主要特点,并完善目标模型情报分析流程图,将其运用于军事冲突个案研究。[结果/结论]“以目标为中心”的情报分析方法应用于军事冲突预测具有科学性和有效性。[Purpose/Significance]The"target-centric"intelligence analysis method builds a target network system with direct participation of all stakeholders,which has the advantages of promoting collaboration,optimizing resources and improving analysis accuracy.It has practical guiding significance to apply this method to the research of military conflict prediction.[Method/Process]By summarizing the basic principle and main characteristics of the"target-centric"intelligence analysis method,and perfecting the target model information analysis flow chart,it is applied to the case study of military conflicts.[Result/Conclusion]The"target-centric"intelligence analysis method applied to military conflict prediction is scientific and effective.
