摘 要:降膜蒸发器蒸发性能的好坏取决于换热管内液膜的厚度及其稳定性。布膜器是决定液膜厚度和稳定性的关键部件。为了提高液体在切向狭槽布膜器中的布膜效果,建立切向狭槽布膜器液体流动的数学模型,对液体在布膜器中的流动进行分析,推导液体流动的轨迹方程。通过搭建降膜流动实验台,对实验轨迹和理论轨迹进行对比。实验结果表明:理论轨迹方程与实验轨迹基本吻合,添加修正系数之后,理论方程得到进一步完善。此理论方程可为切向狭槽布膜器的设计提供参考。The evaporating performance of falling-film evaporator depends on the thickness and stability of the liquid membrane in the heat exchange tube. The film distributor is the critical component that decides the thickness and stability of the liquid membrane. To improve the effect of the liquid membrane in the tangential slot film distributor, a mathematical model of the liquid flow in the tangential slot film distributor was established. The flow characteristics of the film distributor were analyzed and the trajectory equation of the liquid flow was derived. By setting up a falling-film experimental bench, the experimental trajectory and theoretical trajectory were compared. The results show that the theoretical equation was in overall consistent with the experimental trajectory. After adding a correction coefficient, the theoretical equation was further improved. The theoretical equation can provide invaluable reference for the design of the tangential slot film distributor.
