七味活络酊的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研制七味活络酊,用于治疗肩关节周围炎。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,氮酮为助渗剂,用浸渍法及溶解法制备七味活络酊,建立质量控制标准,并观察65例患者的治疗效果。结果:制备工艺简便易操作,稳定可行,所制得的七味活络酊对肩关节周围炎的总有效率为100%。结论:本品制备工艺合理,质量可控,治疗肩关节周围炎具有较好疗效。Objective To develop Qiwei Huoluo tincture for the treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.Methods Qiwei Huoluo tincture was prepared with ethanol as solvent and azone as penetration enhancer by impregnation and dissolution methods.The quality control standard was established and the therapeutic effect of 65 patients was observed.Results The preparation technology is simple,easy to operate,stable and feasible.The total effective rate of Qiwei Huoluo tincture on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis is 100%.Conclusion The preparation process of Qiwei Huoluo tincture is reasonable and the quality is controllable.Qiwei Huoluo tincture has a good effect on the treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis.
