摘　　要：电缆制造企业参加市场竞标过程中,技术能力体系的构建和管理需要企业采购、生产、技术、检测、质量、营销等各个条线部门参与,是一个综合、长期、系统的管理和提升工作。论文结合招投标过程中的技术投标应用实践,探析电缆制造企业技术能力体系的构建与管理应用。In the process of cable manufacturing enterprises participating in market bidding,the establishment and management of technical capability system requires the participation of various line departments such as enterprise procurement,production,technology,testing,quality and marketing,which is a comprehensive,long-term and systematic management and promotion work.Based on the application practice of technical bidding in the bidding and tendering process,this paper analyzes the establishment and management application of the technical capability system of cable manufacturing enterprises.
