园区循环经济指标体系的构建及绩效评价方法研究

摘　　要：近年来,发展循环经济的呼声越来越高涨,然而适用于工业园区循环经济发展水平的评价体系比较缺乏。论文构建起涵盖基础设施建设、产业发展质态、资源利用效率、污染控制能力、园区管理水平5个方面、涉及20个详细指标的园区循环经济评价指标体系,并结合AHP法、专家评分法、FCE法,实现了园区循环经济发展水平综合评价的量化比较。In recent years,the sound of developing circular economy is getting higher and higher,but the evaluation system for the development level of circular economy in industrial park is lacking.This paper constructs an evaluation index system of circular economy of the park,which covers five aspects,including infrastructure construction,industrial development quality,resource utilization efficiency,pollution control ability and management level of the park,and involves 20 detailed indexes.Combined with AHP method,expert scoring method,FCE method,the quantitative comparison of the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of circular economy in the park is realized.
