摘 要:在工业生产过程中,温度属于最主要的被控参数之一。近年来,在工业生产领域的进步与发展过程中,人们对加热炉以及反应炉等相关设备的温度开展了全面的检测及控制,主要目的是对生产过程进行更好的把控,实现提高生产质量以及生产稳定性的效果。在温控实施过程中,通过单片机进行温控,不仅操作更加方便,还具有非常好的灵活性,能够大幅度提高当前温控相关工作技术指标的准确性。因此,论文就基于单片机的智能温控系统设计进行论述,解决实际生产过程中遇到的控制问题。In the process of industrial production,temperature is one of the most important controlled parameters.In recent years,in the process of progress and development in the field of industrial production,people have carried out a comprehensive detection and control of the temperature of heating furnace,reaction furnace and other related equipment,the main purpose is to better control the production process,and achieve the effect of improving production quality and production stability.In the implementation process of temperature control,the temperature control through the single chip microcomputer is not only more convenient for operation,but also has very good flexibility,which can greatly improve the accuracy of technical indicators of current temperature control related work.Therefore,the paper discusses the design of intelligent temperature control system based on single chip microcomputer to solve the control problems encountered in the actual production process.
