摘  要:提升磷酸二铵产品核心竞争力的关键是提升产品质量、降低生产成本。研究造粒机物料停留时间与筒体长度的关系,以及挡料圈高度对静态物料量的影响,并对造粒机升级改造。改造后,物料停留时间由68.41 s延长至72.69 s,返料比从5.01提升至6.21,优化了二次氨化过程,产品均匀度与圆润度分别上升2.76个单位和1.23个百分点,产品外观质量得到明显提升。Improving the product quality and reducing production cost of DAP are the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the product.By studying the relationship between material residence time and cylinder length,and the influence of retaining ring height on static material quantity,the granulator is upgraded.After the transformation,the residence time of the material is increased from 68.41 s to 72.69 s,the return material ratio is increased from 5.01 to 6.21,the secondary ammoniation process is optimized,the product uniformity and roundness are increased by 2.76 unit and 1.23 percentage points respectively,and the appearance quality is significantly improved.
