摘　　要：社群档案是特定社群共同历史的记录集合,补充完善社会主流叙事体系,同时也是一大情感寄托场域,承载着档案形成主体丰富且复杂的情感。这些情感寄托于档案并通过档案的内容和载体被其他主体感知。一方面,在社群内部形成情感共鸣,成员的认同感与团结感油然而生;另一方面,社群档案工作的社会传播唤起社群外部公众的情感体验,关注度与同理心增强。基于主体维度提出社群档案具备基于档案形成者、社群集体及社会公众三个层次的情感作用表现,并对应提出社群档案管理工作的完善措施,以此发挥、放大社群档案的情感作用,促进社会的公平稳定。Community archives refers to collections that record history of a specific community,which complements and improves the mainstream narrative system of the society.At the same time,it is also a field of emotional sustenance,bearing rich and complex emotions of the main body of the archive formation.These emotions reside in archives and are perceived by other subjects through the contents and carriers of archives.On the one hand,Forming emotional resonance within the community,the members’sense of identity and solidarity arises spontaneously.On the other hand,the social communication of community archival work arouses the emotional experience of the public,such as attention and empathy.Paper puts forward that community archives have three levels of emotional performance based on the former,community collective and social public based on the subject dimension,then puts forward corresponding measures to improve the management of community archives,so as to play and enlarge the emotional role of community archives and promote social fairness and stability.
