摘　　要：局馆分设后,地方同级档案局和综合档案馆拥有了彼此独立的法人身份和清晰明确的法定责任。综合档案馆面临的不仅是角色转换(由档案执法者变为被执法的对象),也有深入学习档案法律法规的任务的转换(由用档案法律法规对照管理对象变为用档案法律法规对照自身),更有从各个方面落实执行档案法律法规推进依法治馆的责任。因此,综合档案馆依法治馆,不仅是当务之事,也是发展之道。After the bureaus were separated,the local archives bureaus at the same level and the comprehensive archives have independent legal identity and clear statutory responsibilities.The comprehensive archives are not only faced with a role change(from an archives law enforcer to an object of law enforcement),but also a task of studying archive laws and regulations in depth(from comparing archive laws and regulations with management objects to using archive laws and regulations to compare themselves),and implement the responsibility of implementing archives laws and regulations to promote the management of the library according to law from all aspects.Therefore,administering the comprehensive archives according to law is not only a priority,but also a way of development.
