摘　　要：目的探讨静脉用药调配中心退药环节应用智能化设备的效果。方法以2018年医院退药环节中人工完成部分的数据为对照组,以2019年医院退药环节中智能化设备完成部分的数据为试验组,对比两组减少退药差错、参与退药人次、额外物资消耗的情况,评价智能化设备的应用效果。结果试验组退药差错发生率及参与退药、额外进调配间人次的占比分别为0.141%,0.839%,1.154%,调配间传药物资消耗为78.4元,显著低于对照组的0.941%,12.500%,14.815%和1171.2元(P<0.01);试验组还实现了退药环节的可追溯。结论在退药环节中使用智能化设备,有助于提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,调动员工的积极性,实现责任追溯。Objective To investigate the application effect of intelligent equipment in the drug withdrawal process in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods The data of manual drug withdraw in 2018 in our hospital were selected as the control group,and the data of drug withdraw completed by intelligent equipment in 2019 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group.The two groups were compared from the reduced errors of drug withdrawal,the person-time of staff who participated in drug withdrawal and the consumption of extra material resources to evaluate the application effect of intelligent equipment.Results The rate of drug withdrawal errors,person-time of staff who participated in drug withdrawal and additional person-time of staff entering the PIVAS in the experimental group were 0.141%,0.839%and 1.154%,respectively,and the consumption of material resources for drug delivery in the PIVAS was 78.4 CNY which were significantly lower than 0.941%,12.500%,14.815%and 1171.2 CNY in the control group(P<0.01).The experimental group also achieved the traceability of drug withdraw.Conclusion The application of intelligent equipment in the drug withdraw process is helpful to improve work efficiency,reduce labor intensity,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and realize responsibility traceability.
