摘  要:目的优选枳壳的提取工艺。方法以液料比、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,以柚皮苷、新橙皮苷含量和收膏率为综合评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选枳壳的提取工艺,并进行验证。结果枳壳的最佳提取工艺为加8倍量50℃水,每次提取1.5 h,提取2次;在此工艺下,枳壳提取液的柚皮苷含量为7.43%,新橙皮苷含量为4.44%,收膏率为27.68%。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,重复性好,且提取效率较高。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Aurantii.Methods L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of Fructus Aurantii with the liquid-to-material ratio,extraction times and extraction time as the investigating factors,and with the content and the extract yield of naringin and neohesperidin as the comprehensive evaluation indexes.Results The best extraction process for Fructus Aurantii was as follows:adding 8 times of 50℃water,extracting 1.5 h each time,and extracting twice.Under this process,the content of naringin and neohesperidin of Fructus Aurantii were 7.43%and 4.44%,respectively,and the extract yield was 27.68%.Conclusion The extraction process is stable,feasible and reproducible with high extraction efficiency.
