摘 要:哈尔滨霁虹桥原址保护主要思路:保证桥梁长度、宽度不变,三跨结构形式不变,保持原桥13榀π形梁的结构形式不变,四个桥台相对位置不变;有效解决了桥下过4条高铁线的技术要求和桥梁本身存在的结构安全问题,沿道里区方向新建一座桥梁与霁虹桥相连,顺接霁虹桥6车道通行能力。在最大限度保护霁虹桥的基础上,满足4条高铁线穿越霁虹桥的需要同时为缓解霁虹桥交通“瓶颈”问题新建辅桥,距霁虹桥8m,新建辅桥对霁虹桥文物本体不产生影响新桥建成后,哈齐高铁、哈佳铁路、滨洲铁路和哈牡高铁等共8条往返线路将可同时穿过霁虹桥下,将会使居民和旅客的出行空前便利.The main idea of original site proteetion of Jihong bridge in Harbin is to ensure that the length and width of the bridge remain unchanged,the three span structural form remains unehanged,the struetural form of 13π-shaped beams of the original bridge remains unchanged,and the relative position of four abutments remains unchanged;the technical requirements for passing four high-speed railway lines under the bridge and the structural safely problems existing in the bridge iself are effectively solved.Along the direction of Daoli District,a new bridge will be built to connect with Jihong bridge and conneet with the 6-lane traffie capacity of Jihong bridge.On the basis of maximum protection of Jihong bridge,it can meet the needs of four high-speed railway lines crossing Jihong bridge.At the same time,in order to alleviate the traffie"bottleneck"problem of Jjihong bridge.a new auxiliary bridge is built,8m away from Jjihong bridge.The new auxiliary bridge has no impact on the culural relics of Jjihong bridge.Afer the completion of the new bridge,a total of 8 round-trip lines including Harbin qihar high-speed railway,Harbin Jiaxing railway,Binzhou railway and Ha Mu high-speed railway will be able to pass under Jihong bridge al the same time,which will make the travel of residents and passengers unprecedented convenient.
