摘　　要：中药药性理论包括性味理论、归经理论、升降浮沉理论及毒性理论等,但随着中医药理论体系的发展,中药药性及功用的描述和记载发生改变。本文查阅本草典籍,对牵牛子的性味、归经、毒性及功效等进行梳理,并与《中华人民共和国药典》及《中药大辞典》等进行对照,发现历代对牵牛子性味、归经的认知发生了较大变化,牵牛子的功效运用随中医学的发展逐渐完善,但对毒性的记载基本没变。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine property includes the theory of property and flavor,the theory of meridian tropism,the theory of ascending and descending,the theory of toxicity,etc.However,with the development of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the description and records of the properties and functions of traditional Chinese medicine have changed.This paper reviews the herbal classics,combs and researches the nature,flavor,meridian tropism,toxicity and efficacy of Pharbitidis semen,and compares those with Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Medicine Dictionary.It is found that the cognition of nature,flavor and meridian tropism of Pharbitidis semen has changed greatly in the past dynasties.The application of efficacy of Pharbitidis semen is gradually improved over time,but the toxicity is basically unchanged.
