摘　　要：目的探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌的超声特征。方法回顾性分析经我院手术病理证实为原发性乳腺癌的276例患者的术前超声表现和术后病理资料,探讨不同分子亚型乳腺癌的超声特征。结果肿块大小及病理类型在4个亚型间总体比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),病理组织学分级和淋巴结转移率在4个亚型间总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肿瘤形状、边缘、内部回声、Alder血流分级、钙化类型、后方回声在4个亚型间总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同分子亚型乳腺癌具有一定的超声特征,这些超声特征可为乳腺癌的亚型诊断、临床治疗和预后评估提供重要参考依据。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of breast cancer with different molecular subtypes.Methods 276 patients with primary breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in tumor size and pathological type(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in histopathological grade and lymph node metastasis rate among the four subtypes(P<0.05).Tumor shape,edge,internal echo,alder blood flow classification,calcification type and posterior echo were statistically different among the four subtypes Significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Different molecular subtypes of breast cancer have certain ultrasonic characteristics,which can provide important reference for the subtype diagnosis,clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
