摘 要:以昆明市五华区人民医院暨五华区康养中心建设项目深基坑支护工程为例,介绍了一种不常见的基坑支护结构体系施工技术,即在拟建场地狭窄、周边既有建筑基础限制及规划制约的条件下,采用钢筋混凝土斜撑作为主要支护结构。工程实际应用表明,钢筋混凝土斜撑支护体系在有效控制基坑变形的同时,相比水平支撑、锚索支护等工艺,在节约用地、缩短工期、控制投资等方面具有更大优势,大大减少了基坑支护工程与主体结构交叉施工的不利因素。Taking the deep foundation pit support project of Wuhua District People's Hospital(Wuhua District health care center construction project)in Kunming as an example,an uncommon construction technology of foundation pit support structure system is introduced.Under the conditions of narrow site,limited by the existing building foundation and planning,the reinforced concrete diagonal bracing is used as the main support structure.The practical application of the project shows that while the reinforced concrete diagonal bracing system can effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit,and at the same time,it has more advantages in saving land,shortening the construction period and controlling the investment compared with the horizontal bracing and anchor cable bracing,and greatly reduces the disadvantageous factors of the cross construction between the foundation pit support project and the main structure.
