摘 要:介绍了气体超声计量系统的计量核查技术,通过对某天然气管道公司多个计量站点的性能评价进行综合分析,分析了现场计量核查中出现的问题,优化了计量核查方法,并结合计量现场部分典型实验,研究了声速核查结果超差、温度核查结果超差以及气质组分对声速核查的影响。实验证明,计量核查技术是保证计量系统准确可靠的有效措施。This paper introduces the measurement verification technology of the gas ultrasonic measurement system.Through a comprehensive analysis of the performance evaluation of multiple measurement stations of a natural gas pipeline company,the problems in the field measurement verification are analyzed,the measurement verification method is optimized,and the effects of sound velocity verification result overruns,temperature verification result overruns and gas quality components on sound velocity verification are investigated combined with some typical experiments.Experiments have proved that the measurement verification technology is an effective measure to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement system.
